To beat Army Dillo, dodge the fireballs
that he shoots at you from the cannons on his body. When he comes out of
his shell, looks around and then starts laughing, pick up a TNT barrel
and throw it at Army Dillo's nose. He'll be surprised and cry out.
Repeat this twice so that you've hit him
three times. You've beaten him!
