The Kongs: In Search of Diddy
  Hi everybody! This is the last game Donkeyboy will be making, so enjoy it! The basic story here is that Diddy has been captured by... *drumroll please* K-Bool! The other Kongs must rescue him, and have some new help on their side, improved level designs, better bosses and more! There are a few important links to read below, and then you can start playing the game!

The Basics

  In this game you can not touch any Kremlings. However, there are sometimes a few things along the way to help you defeat Kremlings in your way. A list of all the items/background objects that you can use or can help you are below:

A vine which only Kiddy can climb.

A snow platform that the Kongs make there way across on.

Just a tree, for background purposes.

A barrel that you can stand on, which is also a wall.

A key that can do two different things: Teleport you to another part of the level or
               make a TNT barrel appear. You also earn keys from bosses for later use in the game.

A TNT barrel that you can use to hit bosses with. Just touch the TNT barrel to fire it
          at the enemy (or boss) in the level.

A DK barrel, which is used in cutscenes to switch between Kongs.

The sun, just a bright glowing object in the sky.

A fireball, which falls from the sky in the day and can burn you up!

Funky's plane from Funky's Flights and is used as transportation.

An arrow which points out where you need to go. Also used when a boss is near.

  Anything else that is not shown above is either a Kong, a Kremling or a backround item.
  This game is really easy at the beginning, and only gets a little tougher near the end. However, if you aren't alert, you might do something wrong.
  You can skip the opening story/cutscene to go straight to the first level by pressing Ctrl on your keyboard. After that, you can not skip any cut scenes. You must watch them because they are either important or...you just have to watch them!
  Need to leave for a minute and you don't want to quit your game? Just hold Ctrl (control) and press P. Your game is paused! Just click Continue when you want to play again.
  Sorry Macintosh users, this game will not work on a Macintosh.

The Controls

Here are the controls for all the Kongs except Kiddy:

Shift = Jump
Left and right arrow keys = Move character left and right
Ctrl (control) + P = Pause
F2 = Restart the entire game

Here are the controls for Kiddy only:

Shift = Jump
Left and right arrow keys = Move character left and right
Shift + Up = Climb vine (when beneath it)
Ctrl (control) + P = Pause
F2 = Restart the entire game

Here are the controls for the barrel plane and Squawks:

Left and right arrow keys = Move character left and right
Up and down arrow keys = Move character up and down

Downloading the Game

To download the game, follow these steps:






1. Click here to download 'diddy.zip'.
2. Select the folder you would like to save this file in.
3. Download the file.
4. Open up your zip program.
5. Find the folder where you downloaded 'diddy.zip'.
6. Unzip all four of the files.
7. Find the folder where you unzipped the four files.
8. Click on 'game1.exe'.
9. Enjoy the game!
